1. Configure what counts as relevant
The setup begins with the business, not with a generic industry template. Services, target locations, customer phrases, monitoring languages and exclusions are selected based on what the client actually wants to find.
- Services or offerings to watch for
- Geographic terms where location matters
- Customer problem phrases and recommendation wording
- Configured languages
- Exclusions that reduce obvious false positives
2. Confirm the sources and authorized access
PipeLeadPro can monitor configured sources when a permitted access method is available. Facebook lead monitoring is one use case, but the broader product is designed around authorized source monitoring rather than a single platform.
Account access remains with the client. Monitoring should comply with applicable platform rules and privacy requirements.
3. Run the monitoring workflow on dedicated hardware
The software runs on dedicated Raspberry Pi hardware as described in the lead-monitoring software guide. Scan schedules, pace and coverage depend on the selected plan and the behavior of the source being monitored.
A dedicated device keeps the client monitoring environment separate from ordinary employee computers.
4. Review matching posts in the dashboard
Potential opportunities are organized in the dashboard so the client can review, save or remove leads. Professional and Business configurations can add date-range controls for scanning older posts.
Professional plans can also identify repeated or similar requests posted by the same person across multiple groups. Business configurations can surface relevant comments and prepare suggested reply drafts for review.
5. The client controls follow-up
PipeLeadPro does not turn a match into a guaranteed customer. The user reviews the context, decides whether the opportunity fits, and chooses whether and how to respond.
Questions businesses ask before setting up lead monitoring

Can the setup be changed after installation?
Yes. Monitoring criteria can be adjusted as the business learns which keywords, locations and filters produce useful matches.
Do all plans scan the same amount?
No. Plans differ in scanning coverage, languages, group limits, pace and intelligence features. The pricing section lists the current plan structure.
